The Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA) and the Workforce Intelligence Network for Southeast Michigan (WIN) are jointly issuing this request for proposals (RFP) seeking organizations to assist with developing a comprehensive apprenticeship tracking and skills data system. Organizations may bid on providing one or more of the following services:
- Apprenticeship tracking tool
- Master performance-based objectives development
- Skills data expertise
Request for proposals release date: Wednesday, February 6, 2019
Deadline for submitting questions related to the RFP: Monday, February 18, 2019, by 5 p.m. EST
Deadline for submitting proposals: Monday, March 11, 2019, by 5 p.m. EST
