St. Clair County Community College (SC4) is a community college located in Port Huron, Michigan. SC4 offers two-year associate degrees and one-year certificates, with programs designed to prepare students for occupations and for transferring to four-year institutions to earn bachelor’s degrees and beyond. SC4’s classes are offered in traditional classrooms on the main campus and at several off-campus locations as well as online. SC4 has been a leader in the early and middle college concept and dual enrollment, where students attend college classes to earn their associate degree while still in high school. Tamara J. Kenny, Dean of Occupational Studies, serves as the representative on WIN’s board.
