Expect some changes from the Workforce Intelligence Network‘s monthly newsletters starting today.

This email marks the start of a new business relationship between WIN and Crain’s Custom Media, a division of Crain’s Detroit Business, which creates specialized content for organizations and clients.

Going forward, the WIN newsletter will undergo design and content changes.

The content of this newsletter reflect the goals of WIN, particularly a better understanding of job demand — the talent that employers need — through the use of data and direct conversations  and partnerships with employers. This, in turn, results in action steps that help overcome barriers to filling that demand.

Each month, starting with the November edition, expect stories about job demand in Southeast Michigan, as well as ways in which WIN and its partner organizations can match employer needs with training programs across the region.
