
LANSING, Mich. – Governor Gretchen Whitmer today announced the appointment of Workforce Intelligence Network Board Member, Dr. Patricia Chatman, from Henry Ford College, to the Michigan Public School Employees’ Retirement Board.
Patricia A. Chatman, Ph.D., of Clinton Township, is the dean of the School of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Professional Development and the director of Workforce and Professional Development at Henry Ford College. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University.

“As a member of the WIN Board, Dr. Chatman consistently provides strong guidance and broad perspective on college and workforce systems,” says Michele Economou Ureste, WIN Executive Director.
Dr. Chatman is appointed to represent an administrator or trustee of a community college which is a reporting unit, for a term commencing May 1, 2020 and expiring March 30, 2024. She succeeds Ann Kroneman whose term expired March 30, 2020.
