MI Hidden Talent Workshop
March 14, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
The 6th Annual MI Hidden Talent Workshop will be held on March 14 from 10AM – 4PM in East Lansing, MI. This workshop is a one-day training seminar for business owners, leaders and HR professionals. It provides tools and insights needed to help companies hire Michiganders with disabilities. As Michigan faces a serious labor shortage and businesses struggle to find staff needed to run their business, there is a real opportunity to strengthen our workforce by using the talents of individuals with disabilities. Inclusive workforces make good business sense and that’s what this initiative aims to create.
The featured keynote speaker will be Randy Lewis, former Walgreens Executive and disability advocate, along with partners from Autism Alliance of Michigan, Bureau of Services for Blind Persons and Michigan Rehabilitation Services who will facilitate in-depth breakout sessions on various tools and strategies.
