Please join the Sector Strategies team on Friday, October 28 from 9 a.m. to noon for the Sector Strategies Learning Network Module 4 virtual event. Hear from keynote speaker April Callis-Birchmeier, Springboard Consulting CEO, about why teamwork and collaboration are important in facilitating change.
Employers from NEOGEN Corporation, Facility for Rare Isotope Beams at MSU, and Sparrow Health System will lead a discussion about best practices for attracting and recruiting talent. Then you’ll be able to choose from attending the following Technical Assistance sessions:
- Activating Employer-Led Collaborates – Learn about using the TPM framework to activate employer-led collaboratives that execute strategies to build candidate pipelines, recruitment, and retain employees.
- Building a Strong Team – Hear how change management improves the engagement and attraction of talent and how this creates a more effective team.
- Dynamic Communication – Learn best practices to effectively implement diversity and inclusion during the recruitment process and what employers can do to communicate with and engage job candidates throughout the hiring process to keep them interested.
