The U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration American Rescue Plan Act, Good Jobs Challenge, could provide $25 million for workforce development in Michigan. The objective of the Good Jobs Challenge is to support partnerships that can work collaboratively to grow regional economies and the associated workforce by building training programs that meet the existing and emerging skills needs of employers and help workers obtain quality jobs.
We want to ensure future workforce needs can be supported by the workforce system. The Workforce Intelligence Network (WIN) requests your help to define future workforce needs related to in-demand skills training and apprenticeship hiring with a focus on mobility.
There are three surveys focusing on EV / Advance Manufacturing, Information technology and Broadband. Each survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
