Danielle Bachman is the Grants Compliance Manager at the Workforce Intelligence Network for Southeast Michigan (WIN). Danielle joined the WIN team in 2015 as a Project Assistant, providing support for the project management of economic recovery, talent initiatives, and technology development projects related to the defense industry in the region.
As the Grants Compliance Manager, Danielle’s work supports the Advance Michigan Center for Apprenticeship Innovation (AMCAI), a $4 million Department of Labor American Apprenticeship Initiative grant project that brings together community colleges, workforce partners, and industry to strengthen the regional apprenticeship system and expand opportunities for Michigan’s talent. She also supports Advance Michigan Catalyst, a $6 million Department of Labor Employment and Training Division grant that trains southeast Michigan workers in robotics and automation, in collaboration with local community colleges, Michigan Works! Agencies, and industry partners. Danielle is responsible for federal grant compliance, reporting, budget, and management activities for both initiatives.
Danielle has a B.A. in American History from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, and an M.A. in Museum Studies from the University of Florida. She is a Michigan native and lives in Troy.
