Jordan Cull is a Business Partnerships Coordinator at the Workforce Intelligence Network for the Capitol Area Region working with the state initiative known as MI Bright Future. MI Bright Future is a collaboration between students, educators, and employers that aims to introduce young job seekers to the region’s growing occupations by matchmaking through an easy-to-use online platform. Jordan’s focus is with enrolling businesses and professionals in the system, allowing students to have a diverse population of company profiles to view and interact with. Her efforts include working directly with businesses, Intermediate School Districts in the region, and various chambers in Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties.
Jordan comes to WIN with four years of experience in the nonprofit organization sector. She spent time as a Territory Manager for the American Cancer Society with the goal of deepening community relationships and connecting businesses to partnership opportunities. In addition, Jordan served as an HR/Volunteer Manager in Dallas, Texas at New Friends New Life to ensure smooth organizational processes and volunteer solutions.
Jordan is a native to Michigan and attended Michigan State University where she earned her bachelor degree in Social Science with a Human Development and Family Studies specialization. Her career has led her to Australia, Indiana, and Texas. She resides in the Lansing area and spends many weekends with her family in Canton, Michigan.
