Karista Gallick is a Business Partnerships Associate at the Workforce Intelligence Network (WIN). In this role, she supports the Michigan Alliance for Greater Mobility Advancement (MAGMA), a consortium of automotive OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, government, and local universities and colleges whose aim is to collectively assess skills gaps across all vehicle systems, technologies, and processes, and find ways to address those gaps through developing, influencing, and pursuing education and training opportunities.
Karista brings extensive experience working for membership associations and driving multi-sector collaborations to WIN and WIN’s Business Partnerships team. In her previous position at the Council of Michigan Foundations, she organized philanthropic advocacy on several issues and facilitated partnerships with policymakers to align and collaborate on issues of shared priority, especially education and talent development. Her passion for ensuring the success of students and learners of all ages stems from serving as an English teacher in the Peace Corps in Madagascar.
Karista has a B.A. from Kalamazoo College and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland. She is a Michigan native and lives in Royal Oak.
