Ms. Kabacinski’s work is instrumental in WIN’s Opportunity Detroit Tech employer strategies cluster with her ongoing commitment to convening regional IT employers.
In addition to her work at WIN, Ms. Kabacinki is the IT Talent Specialist for the Macomb/St. Clair Workforce Development Board (M/SCWDB), a Michigan Works! agency. During her time with M/SCWBD she has been promoted from serving as a front line case manager who worked directly with job seekers to management of service centers, and ultimately working with delivery of demand driven services.
As a member of the M/SCWDB Business Services team, she works directly with business account managers in providing services to employers in Macomb and St. Clair counties. Ms. Kabacinksi was also an integral part of the M/SCWDB development and implementation of policy and procedures within the Business Services Department.
Using her expertise as a talent specialist and business solutions professional, Ms. Kabacinski has delivered and managed multiple service programs; including: Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA), Workforce Investment Act (WIA), Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA), and the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) programs.
Ms. Kabacinski earned a Master of Social Work from Wayne State University, and her undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University.
