Laura Noffke is an Implementation Coordinator for MI Bright Future at the Workforce Intelligence Network (WIN). Focusing on collaborative efforts between K-12 school systems, business, and industry, Laura’s current work focuses on the implementation of the MI Bright Future Program in her assigned region. In this role, Laura is responsible for assisting the schools with implementing this integrated online system into their classrooms and community. Laura also focuses on making an impact in the Capital area by connecting with local K-12 partners, coordinating and participating in school events, attending and connecting with students and parents.
As a certified School Administrator and Elementary Teacher, Laura is passionate about working with youth and supporting their career exploration and exposure. Prior to coming to WIN, Laura was a middle school administrator with Windemere Park Charter Academy. During her time at Windemere Park, Laura supervised and coached middle school teachers in their teaching and lesson planning, worked closely with school achievement data, worked with state and school testing, and monitored the English Language Learner program for her school. Laura grew up in the Muskegon area and completed her undergrad degree in Elementary Education at Grand Valley State University. She also obtained a master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
