Miriam Cuevas Enciso is a Program Assistant for MI Bright Future at the Workforce Intelligence Network. Her duties focus on bridging the gap between industry and education to improve employment outcomes for Michigan students and the talent pipeline for local businesses. In this role, Miriam supports the technical administration of the program, assists in the development of outreach communications, and facilitates tasks related to the successful execution of program policy and implementation strategies.
Miriam brings experience in employment talent recruitment, having found her niche in the sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding of new employees. She previously worked at Kelly Services where she operated with a high degree of proficiency, brought creative solutions to a high-demand work environment, and served as the support contact for many high-profile accounts. Her experience in talent recruitment expanded the professional skills she gained in her previous work in the legal and non-profit sectors, making her adept at assisting programs and their partners in meeting their needs.
Miriam is an immigrant from Latin America, raised in Detroit and St. Clair Shores, and now residing in the Downriver community. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in Employment and Labor Relations.
