Tim Johnston is the director of communications for the Workforce Intelligence Network for Southeast Michigan (WIN). In this role, he coordinates and directs the key concept and design process in the creation of strategic marketing and outreach campaigns while leveraging WIN’s significant community and digital brand footprint via various media and social media platforms.
Johnston has an extensive career in non-profit communications, marketing, brand management and sales leadership with 20 years of senior administration experience in the private, liberal arts colleges and the human care industry. Most recently Tim has served as the vice president of marketing and enrollment for Olivet College where he led the rebranding, marketing and enrollment efforts which resulted in record new student enrollment, increased brand engagement and historic institutional giving totals.
Tim and his wife Patti reside in Spring Arbor with their two children, Nicholas and Taylor.
