Tina Adam is an Implementation Coordinator for MI Bright Future in the Great Lakes Bay Region for the Workforce Intelligence Network (WIN). Tina’s work focuses on collaborative efforts between K-12 school systems, business, and industry, specifically related to the implementation and expansion of the MI Bright Future Program within the schools. In this role, Tina is responsible for assisting school personnel, parents, and students in utilizing Career Cruising with the MI Bright Future model, an integrated online career development system.
With over 20 years of experience in Workforce Development, Tina joined the MI Bright Future team to continue pursuing her passion of empowering individuals, including those with barriers to employment, to become successfully employed by providing them with powerful tools to explore and choose high-demand and high-paying occupations. Through the time she has spent in the Great Lakes Bay Region, Tina is fortunate to have developed a diverse network of colleagues including K-12 professionals, post-secondary partners, business, and social service experts along with workforce development specialists with the goal to build a talented workforce in Michigan.
Prior to coming to WIN, Tina worked as a Director of Employment Services for a local non-profit, as a Michigan Works! Youth Employment Director, and a Work-Based Learning/Job Development Coordinator within Bay-Area Schools. Tina attended Central Michigan University for Program Development focusing on Youth Services.
