AI has captivated the world since the release of ChatGPT in November 2022 and left many people wondering how this would impact the world of work. In this fast-paced session held on February 16, 2024, the WIN Communications Committee hosted a special presentation to explore a range of questions, challenges, and opportunities around AI in workforce development and communications, including:

  1. How this game-changing technology can reshape the future of work, jobs, and careers, and
  2. How might we leverage AI to better support workers and employers and augment the work of frontline staff?

There will be risks and challenges to navigate along the way, but AI can redefine the workforce development landscape for the better, helping more people find pathways to opportunity and making our work more human in the process.
