Troy-based IT firm Creative Breakthroughs, Inc., will hold a two-day career fair next week at its headquarters as the company looks to hire 50 employees in 2013.

The fair, which will take place July 16 and 18, will include on-site interviews with company executives for positions that include: project management; IT consulting and engineering; administrative; and sales. Appointments are required and will take place in 30-minute increments between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. both days, the company said.

“As the company continues to experience steady growth, we are firmly dedicated to hiring and retaining top talent in southeast Michigan,” said CEO Steve Barone. “The career fair is a great opportunity for job seekers to meet with CBI staff and learn about the CBI culture, while giving us a chance to find qualified candidates who will help us sustain our rapid growth. After the success of our first career fair in May, we are looking forward to engaging more potential employees who are ready to step in and make an immediate impact.”

The company’s May fair drew about 60 applicants, and two employees were hired. Creative Breakthroughs, Inc., founded in 1991, has 65 employees.
