More than 60 business services and employer engagement professionals from 40 organizations came together in Southfield on October 23, for the Business Services Network (BSN) meeting on Workforce Intelligence Network (WIN) programs and services.

The meeting topic of “WIN Programs and Services” rose out of common refrains that, while many member organization employees, partners, and stakeholders know about WIN, many want to understand better all that WIN does and how BSN professionals can pass along the benefits from WIN programs and services to the employers they assist with workforce solutions.

Attendees learned about WIN’s apprenticeship, advanced manufacturing, and youth-based learning programs, and ways business services professionals benefit from those programs. Always popular WIN labor market reports were highlighted in the meeting, including a preview of new 2018 reports scheduled for public release in the coming weeks. Those in attendance also had the opportunity to interact with the presentation and provide real-time feedback to WIN through an online polling platform.
